MSC CRUISES REVISES MSC SINFONIA AND MSC MUSICA EAST MEDITERRANEAN SAILINGS.

MSC Cruises, a leading cruise line known for its commitment to passenger safety and exceptional voyages, has made important revisions to the East Mediterranean itineraries for MSC Sinfonia and MSC Musica, considering the current geopolitical situation in Israel.

In response to the circumstances, MSC Sinfonia’s upcoming eight 11-night voyages will now feature a change in ports. Haifa, Israel, will be replaced by the enchanting city of Istanbul in Turkey. This alteration consequently entails replacing Rhodes with Piraeus, Greece, and substituting Limassol, Cyprus, with Izmir in Turkey.

Commencing on 21st October 2023, MSC Sinfonia’s new itinerary will begin in the beautiful Italian ports of Genoa, Civitavecchia, and Messina, followed by stops in Piraeus, Izmir, Istanbul, and Heraklion in Crete, before returning to Genoa, Italy.

Similarly, MSC Musica’s upcoming three 7-night voyages originating from Piraeus, Greece, will experience changes. Haifa will be replaced by Rhodes on 18th and 25th October, and Marmaris in Turkey will substitute Haifa on 1st November.

Gianni Onorato, the CEO of MSC Cruises, emphasized, “The safety of our passengers and crew is always our top priority, and we have worked rapidly to revise the itineraries of MSC Sinfonia and MSC Musica to offer an extremely attractive alternative for the winter months.”

MSC Cruises has commenced the process of communicating these changes to all passengers and their respective travel agents. Furthermore, the cruise line will promptly update its website to reflect the confirmed details of the new itineraries. This aims to provide maximum clarity for existing passengers and assist anyone seeking to plan future sea voyages in the East Mediterranean during the upcoming winter months.
